CHARLOTTE, NC. – Aug. 1, 2018 – Diversey today announced that its Remote Guidance tool has been nominated for the ISSA 2018 Innovation Award in the Services & Technology category. ISSA attendees can experience the trouble-shooting application firsthand at Diversey’s booth (#5901) in Dallas, Oct. 30-Nov. 1.
“Unanticipated on-the-job cleaning and hygiene issues can result in costly downtime and increased risk, making it essential for employees to have access to intelligent solutions that simplify trouble-shooting,” said Dr. Ilham Kadri, president, Diversey. “Remote Guidance elevates the training process, allowing users to solve issues on the spot to keep businesses running smoothly.”
Remote Guidance is a new augmented reality tool designed to expand Diversey’s best-in-class customer service. It is an iOS- and Android-based virtual reality tool that improves product trouble-shooting beyond face-to-face phone calls and video chats. In real-time, users can identify problems and quickly assess solutions through interactive experiences. Remote Guidance prevents equipment shutdowns, improves end-user training, assists personnel onboarding, and provides distributor sales representatives application expertise anytime and anywhere they are needed.
Voting is now open for Diversey’s Remote Guidance innovation at www.issa.com/vote. ISSA members can vote once per day per category.
